How Reverse
Osmosis Works

5 Stages RO Water Purifier without Pump

RO systems work by using pressure to force a water supply across a semi permeable membrane. This membrane removes the salts, minerals and impurities in the water. The resulting water is clean and safe to drink. The wastewater, containing the contaminants is then removed to a storage tank which can be regularly emptied.

Household RO systems provide a continuous supply of clean, fresh drinking water.

Installing under the sink or in a nearby location.

Most of our household RO systems are approved by CE, Rohs from TUV and SASO.

High quality products are with durable life time for using.

6-Stages of
R.O Process

Crystaline has a wide range of RO water filtration systems to suit a variety of domestic and office environments. Or RO filter systems are produced 100% in our factory in Taiwan. We use the best possible filter membranes and components to ensure durability and high filter efficiency for your water supply.

Our systems help you to enjoy great tasting fresh water for drinking and other applications with ease. In many areas of the world, RO systems are vital to help remove tougher impurities from the water supply and deliver safe water for your family or employees and customers. They are a far more cost effective and safe method than bottled water.

1st stage: 10″ PP Filter (5u)
2nd stage: 10″ UDF Granular Active Carbon Filter
3rd stage: 10″ Active Carbon Block Filter (CTO)
4th stage: Zeevak 50 GPD Membrane
5th stage: 10″ Post In-Line Carbon Filter
6th stage: Bio Ceramic Filter

1st stage: 10" PP Filter (5u)

P.P. 5 micron / 1 micron (Sediment Filter) :
It removes the big particles which is bigger than 5 micron / 1 micron, such as dirt, hair, sand and etc… The main function of this filter is to prevent big particles to block the R.O. membranes, which can extend the life span of the R.O. membrane.
Average lifespan : 3 months (Depends on local water quality)

2nd stage: 10" UDF Granular Active Carbon Filter

UDF Granular Active Carbon Filter (GAC) :
It is made of active carbon and its specific function is the absorption of the chlorine, color, odor / bad taste and organic chemicals in the feeding water.
Average lifespan : 6 months (Depends on local water quality)

3rd stage: 10" Active Carbon Block Filter (CTO)

CTO Active Carbon Block Filter :
It filters out the remaining carbon powder to prevent the R.O. membrane from blockage.
Average lifespan : 6 months (Depends on local water quality)

4th stage: Zeevak 50 GPD Membrane

R.O. Membrane :
A thin film composite (TFC) high quality membrane can process 50~100 gallon per day. It removes 95% ~ 99% of the particles in the water, including the remaining chemicals, such as : copper, lead, mercury, sodium and etc…, to make it close to pure water.
Average lifespan : 1~1.5 years (Depends on local water quality)

5th stage: 10" Post In-Line Carbon Filter

Post Inline Carbon Filter :
Post inline carbon filter removes bad taste and odor, and enhance the taste of your drinking water.
Average lifespan : 6 months (Depends on local water quality)

6th stage : Bio Ceramic Filter

Efficiently treats water requiring a 99.99% reduction of bacteria, virus and protozoa.
Activates somatic cells, stimulates blood circulation and improves the metabolic processes.
